GENERAL SPONSORSHIP

  • Logo with indication of the status “General Sponsor” featured at the first cover page of the official exhibition catalogue;
  • Placement of the General Sponsor’s welcome letter in the official exhibition catalogue;
  • Logo with indication of the status “General Sponsor” featured at the welcome page of the official exhibition catalogue;
  • Placement of the General Sponsor’s full-colour advertisement (format to be preliminarily agreed) at the 4th cover page of the official exhibition catalogue;
  • Logo with indication of the status “General Sponsor” featured at the press conference banner;
  • Including of information into the press package, information to be submitted by the General Sponsor;
  • Logo with indication of the status “General Sponsor” featured at the invitation tickets;
  • Logo with indication of the status “General Sponsor” featured at the VIP tickets (if such tickets are printed for this project);
  • Including of the sponsor’s advertorial information into the cover letter at distribution of invitation tickets with indication of the status “General Sponsor”;
  • Placement of the General Sponsor’s banner (size of the banner to be preliminarily agreed) in the exhibition pavilion at the exhibition territory;
  • Logo with indication of the status “General Sponsor” featured in advertisements to be posted in printed press;
  • Placement of the sponsor’s logo at plastic pens and bags;
  • Promotional items and General Sponsor’s information to be included to the packages for exhibition participants;
  • Promotional items and General Sponsor’s information to be included to the packages for exhibition visitors; (the required materials to be provided by the Sponsor as a finished product)
  • Logo featured at the registration desks (colour), at the badges for visitors and at the registration form for visitors (black & white);
  • Uniform with the sponsor’s logo for all staff at the registration desk;
  • Radio-advertising within the pavilion (not less than 5 times per day);
  • Placement of interview with the representative of the General Sponsor in the newspaper Iteca Exhibition News.


REGISTRATION DESK SPONSORSHIP (if there is no General Sponsor)

  • Logo featured among logos of other sponsors of the event, at the advertising products: catalogue, posters, mentioning in the press release;
  • Placement of logo at registration desks (full-colour), at the badges for visitors, at the registration form for visitors (black & white);
  • Uniform with the sponsor’s logo for all staff at the registration desk;
  • Distribution of the sponsor’s advertising products from registration desk.


GALA RECEPTION SPONSORSHIP

  • Logo featured among logos of other sponsors of the event, at the advertising products: catalogue, posters, mentioning in the press release;
  • Placement of logo at the banner of the Gala Reception as well as at the Gala Reception invitations;
  • Placement of advertisement (full-colour) in the exhibition catalogue (format of the advertisement to be preliminarily agreed);
  • Welcome speech within the programme of the gala reception (5-7 minutes);
  • Possibility to decorate the reception venue, hold promo actions, drawings, make presents to guests;
  • 15 extra invitation tickets to the Gala Reception.


PRESS CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP

  • Logo featured among logos of other sponsors of the event, at the advertising products: catalogue, posters, mentioning in the press release;
  • Possibility to place Sponsor’s flags, banners and posters in the press centre venue;
  • Sponsor’s logo featured next to the exhibition logo at press badges and at the banner in the venue of the press conference;
  • Including of the Sponsor’s advertising materials into press packages.


GUIDE SPONSORSHIP

  • Featuring of the event sponsor’s logo in the guide, mentioning in the press release;
  • Featuring of the Sponsor’s logo at the 1st page of the catalogue cover page, along with logos of other events sponsors;
  • Placement of full-colour advertisement of he Sponsor in the 4th cover of the guide.


SPONSORSHIP OF INVITATIONS DISTRIBUTION

  • Logo featured among logos of other sponsors of the event, at the advertising products: catalogue, posters, mentioning in the press release;
  • Sponsor’s logo featured at the invitation tickets;
  • Including of the sponsor’s advertorial information into the cover letter at distribution of invitation tickets;
  • Placement of the Sponsor’s full-colour advertisement in the exhibition catalogue.


SPONSORSHIP OF BRANDED GIFTS

  • Logo featured among logos of other sponsors of the event, at the advertising products: catalogue, posters, mentioning in the press release;
  • Sponsor’s logo featured in the exhibition catalogue and official newspaper;
  • Sponsor’s logo featured at the plastic bags, pens and briefcases;
  • Placement of Sponsor’s full-colour advertisement in the exhibition catalogue;
  • Cost of the package shall be subject to the choice of souvenir products.
